My Little Bar (마이로 바)
You've had an incredible day walking around Korea, looking at cafes, indulging yourself in some fantastic food, and hopping from one station to another. And now you end up back in the traditional Hanook village, what better way to end your day off than with a nightcap? You're walking around the main roads, peeking into different alleyways, seeing if anything piques your interest. Then, you're lured into this unsuspecting alleyway by a faint sound of east asian pop jazz fusion. You peek inside the bar, a small and cozy space that has room for no more than 15 people. The owner welcomes you and offers you some crackers and seaweed as he stirs you up a Manhattan. After one or two of those, you make your exit, and the owner personally wishes you a farewell, saying "see you tomorrow!"
Starfield Library (별마당도서관)
Located at the center of a bustling shopping mall right in Gangnam. The Starfield Library (otherwise known as the Byeoldadang Library). It is known for its massive collection of over 50,000 books, and bookshelves towering over two floors, which is roughly 42 ft tall. It is a fantastic place to study as it comes with tables with charging ports.
North Seoul Tower (남산서울타워)
After getting off the Myeongdong station, you start walking. The tower looms over you with a very commanding presence. You climb up some steep slopes and pass the cable car station; you're not going to be needing that, the stairwell has plenty of amazing views. After walking a bit more, you see the first step. Get ready for a brutal climb that even athletes would struggle with. Even at the base of the tower, you get an amazing view over the metropolis of Seoul, in a moment, all that climbing was made worth it.
Gyeongbokgung Palace (경복궁)
Established in 1395 during the Joseon Dynasty, Gyeongbokgung means "Palace Greatly Blessed by Heaven." It has survived many wars and was restored after Japanese colonialism. Today is serves as a very popular cultural icon, symbolizing Korea's identity and resiliance
